Assessment Packages

To provide a review of a child's progress subsequent to an assessment, programme or block of therapy, and to advise on supportive speech-language and communication strategies. 

To provide an in-depth analysis of strengths and needs, in order to inform decisions on intervention and support.

To provide detailed assessment and specific recommendations for support and provision, in contribution to an EHC Plan.

By commissioning the SLT’s service, both the school and the comissioning organisation (e.g. school or local authority) are considered to have agreed to, and are legally bound by, the terms and conditions of the SLT’s service, including any updates to these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions are subject to periodical review and update without prior notice, and are posted on the CommuniAction.uk website.  Service users/commissioners are advised to check the website at intervals to stay up-to-date of any change in the the terms and conditions of the SLT’s service.
