Cancellation Policy

If, for any reason, you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must contact me to do so at least 48 hours before the session time.  If cancellation is not done with minimum 48 hours' notice, you will still be charged in full for the cancelled session.

If there are extenuating circumstances, e.g. sudden illness or emergency, allowance may be made but this is entirely at my discretion, and must not be considered a given. In any case, you must still contact me at the first opportunity BEFORE the session, or the session will be charged in full.

If I have to cancel a session due to unexpected circumstances, e.g. illness, I will endeavour to contact you at the first opportunity and reschedule the session. You will not be charged for an extra session.
